عوامل پدیدآیی خانوادۀ سالم گوناگون و شناسایی همبسته‌های شادکامی همسران به‌عنوان نمودی از این سلامت نقش بسزایی در تدوین راهبردهای اجتماعی متمرکز بر بهبود کارکرد خانواده دارد. هدف از پژوهش حاضر برآورد شادکامی بر پایۀ هوش معنوی و ویژگی‌های شخصیت بود. پژوهش توصیفی با طرح همبستگی بود. جامعه آماری دربرگیرنده همه آموزگاران خانم متأهل مقطع پیش‌دبستانی شهرهای خرم‌آباد و دوره چگنی بودند که با روش نمونه‌گیری در دسترس تعداد 102 نفر از آن‌ها به‌عنوان نمونه انتخاب شدند. ابزارهای گردآوری داده‌ها دربرگیرنده پرسشنامه‌های شادکامی آرگیل (Argyle, 1989)، هوش معنوی (King, 2008) و ویژگی‌های شخصیتی مک کری و کاستا (McCrae and Costa, 1985) بودند. تحلیل داده‌ها با به‌کارگیری ضریب همبستگی پیرسون و تحلیل رگرسیون چندگانه انجام شد. نتایج ضریب همبستگی نشان داد که میان مؤلفه بسط هشیاری هوش معنوی و ویژگی‌های شخصیتی برونگرایی و وظیفه‌شناسی با شادکامی رابطه مستقیم و معنی‌دار وجود دارد. نتایج تحلیل رگرسیون چندگانه نشان داد از میان مؤلفه‌های هوش معنوی، مؤلفه بسط هوشیاری، برآورد کننده نیرومندتری برای شادکامی بوده و حدود 09/0 از واریانس نمرات آن را تبیین می‌کند. همچنین نتایج تحلیل رگرسیون چندگانه نشان داد که از میان خرده ویژگی‌های شخصیت، برونگرایی و وظیفه‌شناسی، برآورد کننده‌های نیرومندتری برای شادکامی بوده و به ترتیب حدود 29/0 و 21/0 درصد از واریانس نمرات آن را تبیین می‌نمایند. نتایج به‌دست‌آمده نشان داد که مؤلفه‌های هوش معنوی و ویژگی‌های شخصیت آموزگاران پیش‌دبستانی در شادکامی آنان نقش دارند. ازاین‌رو جهت بهبود سطح شادکامی، می‌توان به ارزیابی و آموزش مؤلفه‌های هوش معنوی پرداخت و توجه ویژه‌ای به ویژگی‌های شخصیتی داشت.
