In recent years due to the high rate of divorce in our, tending to couples' relationship enhancement is highlighted. The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of participation in psycho educational program based on Gottmans' Systemic-Behavioral approach in couples' dyadic adjustment and positive feelings. The method of the study was quasi-experimental with the pretest, post-test and control group design. The statistical population was comprised of all the married of Shiraz in the 2015-2016 that selected by convenient sampling method. They were assigned randomly into two 28 subjects of control and experimental groups (two groups with 7 couples).The members of the experimental group participation in seven 120-minute weekly session, in one hall of the Star hotel of Shiraz. In order to collect the required data, Das' dyadic adjustment scale 1976, and positive feelings questionnaire by O'Leary, Fincham, Turkewitz (1983) have been used.. The results of single-variable covariance analysis and showed that participation in psycho educational program based on Gottman Systemic-Behavioral approach in increasing the dyadic adjustment (p <0.008, F=7/564), and on increasing the positive feelings of the couples (p <0.001, F=20/ 242) has been effective. Therefore, training based on Gutmann's theory to increase couples' dyadic adjustment and positive feelings, and reduce the instability of marriage and prevent the occurrence of divorce, Gottmans' Systemic-Behavioral approach can be used.
