Healthy sexual function of each spouses are one of the influential and outstanding factors on marital quality relationship. The purpose of the present study was to investigation of the effectiveness of cognitive-behavioral training program on increasing the marital satisfaction of women with hypoactive sexual desire disorder. This study was quasi experimental and its design was Pretest- posttest with control group. The study population consisted of women with hypoactivity sexual desire who referred to the counseling centers of Kermanshah city. A sample with 30 subjects using convenient sampling method selected and assigned into two groups of 15 subjects. At first, a pre-test conducted, and then experimental group exposed to the training of cognitive - behavioral. At the end of training, the Posttest administered in both groups. Gathered data were analyzed using statistical software of Spss19, descriptive statistical and analysis of variance tests. The results indicated that the training of cognitive- behavioral with effectiveness coefficient of 0/48 is effective on marital satisfaction of women with hypoactivity sexual desire. That means training of cognitive-behavioral led to significantly increasing of marital satisfaction in women with hypoactivity sexual desire (P= 0/001). Regarding the impact of Cognitive behavioral Training on increasing of marital satisfaction of women, it recommended to use these training by specialist into therapeutic program of women with hypoactivity sexual desire disorder
