Changing the traditional roles of women and growing demand for participation in different fields, has become an undeniable fact in Iranian society. The purpose of this study was to compare the management of conflict resolution, marital satisfaction, and resilience in working mothers and the unemployed in Kermanshah 91-92 school year. This study is a cause comparison and the target population consists of all employed and unemployed mothers with high school girls in Kermanshah.
