this research performed with the aim of studying trust relationship in interpersonal relationships and family hardiness with marital satisfaction. this research is descriptive and correlation type. This research statistical universe is about all couples who either both or one of them is working in Tehran municipal and it is past at least one year of their marriage. That among them, 381 men and women were selected by multi-stage random sampling and were tested by Otrich, s marital satisfaction questionnaire, trust in interpersonal relationships questionnaire and family hardiness scale. Data were analyzed via descriptive statistics (center tendency indexes and dispersion indexes) and inferential statistics (multiple regressions) and spss software. research results showed that trust in interpersonal relationships and family hardiness with marital satisfaction have positive and meaningful correlation (p<0.01). elements of contradiction solution and marital satisfaction can predict the changes related to family hardiness in 0.01 Alfa level. And these two variables explanted family hardiness changes in order 0.478, 0.384 percent. And the elements of communications and satisfaction can predict changes related to trust in interpersonal relationships in 0.01 Alfa level. And these two variables explanted trust changes in interpersonal relationships in order 0.329, 0.453 percent. These research conclusions cleared the importance of trust in interpersonal relationships and family hardiness on marital satisfaction of married employers.
