Abstract

Study the factors like the role of family and Relationships of members, is essential in survey of quality of life. Increasing divorce statistics indicate that the family has failed to create a sense of satisfaction in couples, Especially women who are more likely than men divorce applicant. Divorce is a problem that is causing the emotional complexity of family and decrease the quality of life. The aim of study is to determine the relationship between Family Communication Patterns and self-differentiation and quality of life of women divorce applicant visiting the Counseling Center of Kermanshah Justice in 2015. This study was correlational descriptive. For conducting it among clients to counseling center by accessible sampling method with a volume of 300women has been elected. The questionnaire of Family Communication Patterns (FCP), questionnaire differentiation of self (DOS) and  questionnaire quality of life (SF-36) was applied.  in order to analyze the data Pearson correlation and regression analysis were used.  The results revealed that there is positive relationship between Communication pattern Dialogue and  differentiation of self with quality of life at 0/001 level and both of variables  Family Communication Patterns and self-differentiation, has the potential to predict the quality of life. Therefore, the importance of relation among the members of family as the basic social institution and determinant the quality of children's life , more than ever, should be emphasized.

Abstract

The training of compassionate mind was designed corresponding to the structure of cognitive behavioral therapy and historical trend of this therapeutic model roots in lack of improvement of negative affection in cognitive behavioral therapy. Therefore the current study was administered aimed to intervention in cognitive distortion and self-critical of unmarried girls: effectiveness and efficiency of the training of compassionate mind skills. In this study the semi-experimental method was used. The design of semi-experimental of current research was pretest-posttest test with a control group. The statistical population of this study was all unmarried girls in Khorramabad city that after 35 years old have not married for their own reasons. The study sample consisted of 30 persons with 35 years old girls of Khorramabad city who were selected by purposeful sampling method and were assigned randomly to two groups of compassionate mind training (15 subjects) and control group (15 subjects). Both groups completed the Hamamchi et al. (2000) questionnaire of interpersonal cognitive distortion and the Thompson and Zorof (2004) scale for self-critical levels. The experimental group received the 10 sessions of compassionate mind skills once a week and 1.5 hours each session. The results of the multivariate covariance analysis (MANCOVA) indicated that the training of compassionate mind skills is effective in reducing the interpersonal cognitive distortion and self-critical of unmarried girls (p≤0/001). Based on the findings, the group training focused on compassionate mind can be applied as a modern intervention method in reducing of emotional problem of unmarried

Abstract

Marital intimacy is one of the factors affecting family stability. Sexual satisfaction can also enhance this intimacy in women. The present study aimed to investigate the effectiveness of the positive couple-therapy on the marital intimacy and sexual satisfaction of female students, Islamic Azad University Dezful branch. For this study, quasi-experimental method, with pretest-posttest and follow-up design, and a control group were used. The study population included all of the female students at female students, Islamic Azad University Dezful branch. In this study, 30 subjects were randomly selected through voluntary sampling and were divided into two experimental and control groups (15 subjects in each group). The experimental group underwent positive couple-therapy, but the control group did not receive any interventions. Data were collected using marital intimacy scale (Thompson & Walker, 1983) and sexual satisfaction scale (Larson, 1998) and analyzed using statistical of covariance measures. The results showed that positive couple-therapy had a significant effect on the marital intimacy and sexual satisfaction of students in post-test stages (p<0.001). The results it showed that positive is effective on the increasing marital intimacy and sexual satisfaction.
