خوشنودی زناشویی ﺑـﻪ ﻣﻔﻬـﻮم ﺗﺴﻬﯿﻞ در اﻣﺮ رﺷﺪ و ﺗﻌﺎﻟﯽ و خوشنودی از زﻧﺪﮔﯽ ﺑﻮده و درنهایت ﭘﯿﺸﺮﻓﺖ ﻣـﺎدی و ﻣﻌﻨـﻮی ﺟﺎﻣﻌـﻪ را در ﺑـﺮ ﺧﻮاﻫـﺪ داﺷـﺖ. هدف این پژوهش بررسی، تأثیر وابستگی به اینترنت بر تراز خوشنودی زناشویی بود. این پژوهش به روش توصیفی-تحلیلی مقطعی بر روی کارمندان متأهل دانشگاه علوم پزشکی شاهرود انجام گردید و داده‌ها از راه تکمیل ابزارهای وابستگی به اینترنت (Young,1998) و خوشنودی زناشویی انریچ (Olson,1987) جمع‌آوری شد. با روش‌های آمار توصیفی، ضریب همبستگی پیرسون و رگرسیون با بهره‌گیری از نرم‌افزار آماری تحلیل گردید. نتایج حاکی از این بود که میانگین وابستگی به اینترنت در مردان بیشتر از زنان و میزان خوشنودی زناشویی در زنان بیشتر از مردان بود. همچنین رابطه منفی و معنی‌داری میان وابستگی به اینترنت با خوشنودی زناشویی را نشان داد (01/0 < ارزش پی و 641/0-= ضریب همبستگی(و با استفاده از تحلیل رگرسیون نشان داده شد که وابستگی به اینترنت 41% از تغییرات خوشنودی زناشویی را بازنمود. به سیاستمداران و برنامه ریزان کشور پیشنهاد می‌گردد که برنامه‌ریزی‌ها را در جهت فرهنگ‌سازی درباره به یادگیری استفاده درست فناوری‌های نوین و آموزش و مشاوره غنی‌سازی روابط زوجین پیش و پس از ازدواج، به دلیل افزایش خوشنودی زناشویی و کاهش طلاق را در اولویت قرار دهند.
