fa بررسی روند دگرگونی‌های شناسه‌های کمی طلاق در دهه‌های 80 و 90 در استان فارس Investigating The Changes in Divorce Indices in the 80s to 90s in Fars Province تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <div style="text-align: justify;">زمینه: کارگزاران و سیاست‌گذاران تنها هنگامی می‌توانند به برنامه‌ریزی کلان مبادرت ورزند که تصویری روشن از چگونگی آسیب‌های اجتماعی داشته باشند. بر پایه تحقیقات پیشین نرخ طلاق روبه افزایش بوده؛ ولی آنچه معمولاً در رسانه‌ها بازتاب می‌یابد بحرانی نیست. شناسه طلاق روی‌هم‌رفته کشور از یک‌سو و در کلان‌شهرهایی مانند شیراز از سویی دیگر ما را بر آن داشته‌ است که به بررسیِ روندهای طلاق در دهه 80 و 90 بپردازیم. هدف این پژوهش نقد و بررسی شناسه‌های کمی ی موجود در این زمینه به بررسی روند دگرگونی‌های طلاق است. روش: پژوهش حاضر با روش تحلیل ثانویه انجام‌شده است. یافته‌ها: شناسه طلاق در دهه 80 نشان می‌دهد به‌طور میانگین در استان فارس به ازای هر هزار زن متأهل 60/3 درصد طلاق روی‌داده است و این شناسه با روندی افزایشی تا سال 1393 به 37/6 طلاق به ازای هر هزار زن متأهل رسیده است. اگرچه در سال‌های 1394 تا 1396 شناسه کاهش‌یافته است، ولی این شناسه مجدداً در سال‌های 1397 و 1398 روندی افزایشی در پیش‌گرفته است. اگرچه روند شناسه‌های کمی ی طلاق در همه شهرستان‌‌های استان فارس یکی نبوده و برخی شهرستان‌ها به‌طور میانگین در طول سال‌های بررسی‌شده شناسه طلاق بالاتری داشته‌اند. نتیجه گیری: افزایش طلاق اگرچه یک واقعیت اجتماعی است؛ ولی بحران گونه نیست. چراکه پدیده طلاق را بایستی در گسترده دگرگونی‌های گسترده فرهنگی، اجتماعی، اقتصادی و سیاسیِ جامعه فهم کرد.</div>   <div style="text-align: justify;">Background: Officials and policymakers can only start planning when they have a clear picture of the state of social harm. The divorce indices in the whole country on the one hand and in big cities like Shiraz on the other hand have prompted us to investigate the divorce trends in the 80s and 90s. The purpose of this research is to review the existing indicators in this field to examine the process of changes in divorce. Method: The current research was conducted with the secondary analysis method. Findings: The divorce indices in the 80s show that on average, 3.60 percent of divorces occurred in Fars province for every thousand married women, and these indices had an increasing trend until 1392 when they reached 37.6 divorces per thousand married women. Although the indices have decreased in the years 1393 to 1395, these indices have taken an increasing trend again in the years 1396 and 1397. Of course, the trend of divorce rates is not the same in all the cities of Fars province, and some cities have had a higher divorce rate on average during the reviewed years. Conclusion: Although the increase in divorce is a social reality, it is not a crisis.
