fa پیش‌بینی رضایت جنسی زوجین بر اساس ساختار انگیزشی و کارکرد خانواده Predicting Couples Sexual Satisfaction Based on Motivational Structure and Family Function عمومى General پژوهشي Research زمینه: رضایت جنسی از شاخص‌های مهم ازدواج موفق، بقاء و سلامت خانواده محسوب می‌شود و در ﺣـﻮزه‌ﻫـﺎی ﺧـﺎﻧﻮاده و ﻣﺴـﺎﻳﻞ زﻧﺎﺷـﻮﻳﻲ اﻫﻤﻴـﺖ وﻳـﮋه‌ای دارد. هدف: هدف پژوهش حاضر پیش‌بینی رضایت جنسی زوجین براساس ساختار انگیزشی و کارکرد خانواده بود. روش: این پژوهش از نظر هدف کاربردی، از نظر نوع داده ها کمی، از نظر نحوه گرداوری داده‌ها توصیفی و از نظر شیوه اجرا همبستگی بود. جامع آماری شامل کلیه مراجعین متأهل مرکز ترک اعتیاد استان خراسان رضوی شهر درگز بود. از این تعداد، 100 نفر به روش نمونه‌گیری در دسترس انتخاب شدند و نمونه پژوهش را تشکیل دادند. برای جمع‌آوری اطلاعات از پرسش‌نامه‌های ﻋﻤﻠﻜﺮد ﺧﺎﻧﻮاده <a href="https://onlinelibrary.wiley.com/doi/abs/10.1111/j.1752-0606.1983.tb01497.x" style="color:blue; text-decoration:underline">(Epstein, Baldwin, Lawrence & Bishop,1983)،</a> دﻏﺪﻏﻪ‌ﻫﺎ یﺎ ﭘﺪیﺪارﻫﺎی ﺷﺨﺼﯽ<a href="https://psycnet.apa.org/doiLanding?doi=10.1037/t01858-000" style="color:blue; text-decoration:underline">(Cox & Klinger,2002) </a> و رضایت جنسی <a href="https://www.noormags.ir/view/fa/articlepage/360750/%D8%B1%D8%B6%D8%A7%DB%8C%D8%AA%D9%85%D9%86%D8%AF%DB%8C-%D8%AC%D9%86%D8%B3%DB%8C-%D9%88-%D8%B1%D8%B6%D8%A7%DB%8C%D8%AA%D9%85%D9%86%D8%AF%DB%8C-%D8%B2%D9%86%D8%AF%DA%AF%D8%A7%D9%86%DB%8C" style="color:blue; text-decoration:underline">(Yavari Kermani,2007) </a> استفاده شد. داده‌های به دست آمده با استفاده از آزمون‌های همبستگی پیرسون و تحلیل رگرسیون چندگانه تجزیه و تحلیل شدند. یافته‌ها: نتایج نشان داد که عملکرد خانواده و ساختار انگیزشی غیر‌انطباقی با رضایت جنسی ارتباط منفی معنا‌داری دارد، همچنین ساختار انگیزشی انطباقی با رضایت جنسی ارتباط مثبت و معناداری دارد (01/0P<). عملکرد خانواده، ساختار انگیزشی انطباقی و غیرانطباقی 39/0 از واریانس رضایت جنسی را تبیین کردند. نتیجه‌گیری: بر اساس یافته‌های پژوهش ساختار انگیزشی و عملکرد خانواده می‌توانند رضایت جنسی زوجین را پیش‌بینی کنند؛ بنابراین با آموزش و تقویت عملکرد خانواده و انجام مداخلات مربوط به ساختار انگیزشی می‌توان اینترنت رضایت جنسی زوجین را افزایش داد.   Background: Sexual satisfaction is considered an important indicator of successful marriage, family well-being, and health, and it has implications for family functioning and marital satisfaction. Objective: This study aimed to predict the sexual satisfaction of couples based on the motivational structure and family functioning. Method: This study was applied in terms of objective, quantitative in terms of data type, descriptive in terms of data collection, and correlational in terms of methodology. The population included all married individuals seeking treatment at the Addiction Treatment Center in Dargaz, Khorasan Razavi Province. Out of this population, 100 individuals were selected using convenience sampling and formed the research sample. The Family Functioning Scale <a href="https://onlinelibrary.wiley.com/doi/abs/10.1111/j.1752-0606.1983.tb01497.x" style="color:blue; text-decoration:underline">(Epstein, Baldwin, Lawrence & Bishop, 1983)</a>, the Motivational Structure Questionnaire <a href="https://id.elsevier.com/as/authorization.oauth2?platSite=SD%2Fscience&scope=openid%20email%20profile%20els_auth_info%20els_idp_info%20els_idp_analytics_attrs%20urn%3Acom%3Aelsevier%3Aidp%3Apolicy%3Aproduct%3Ainst_assoc&response_type=code&redirect_uri=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.sciencedirect.com%2Fuser%2Fidentity%2Flanding&authType=SINGLE_SIGN_IN&prompt=none&client_id=SDFE-v4&state=retryCounter%3D0%26csrfToken%3D5b44cc6c-0dfd-4ab5-a16c-5bb89caa4c3d%26idpPolicy%3Durn%253Acom%253Aelsevier%253Aidp%253Apolicy%253Aproduct%253Ainst_assoc%26returnUrl%3D%252Fscience%252Farticle%252Fpii%252FS0306460302002903%26prompt%3Dnone%26cid%3Darp-84a40b33-1847-47c2-a414-9c8bdbe8829d" style="color:blue; text-decoration:underline">(Cox & Klinger, 2002)</a>, and the Sexual Satisfaction Scale <a href="https://www.noormags.ir/view/fa/articlepage/360750/%D8%B1%D8%B6%D8%A7%DB%8C%D8%AA%D9%85%D9%86%D8%AF%DB%8C-%D8%AC%D9%86%D8%B3%DB%8C-%D9%88-%D8%B1%D8%B6%D8%A7%DB%8C%D8%AA%D9%85%D9%86%D8%AF%DB%8C-%D8%B2%D9%86%D8%AF%DA%AF%D8%A7%D9%86%DB%8C" style="color:blue; text-decoration:underline">(Yavari Kermani, 2007)</a> were used to collect data. The obtained data were analyzed using Pearson correlation and multiple regression analysis. Findings: The results showed that family functioning and non-congruent motivational structure had a significant negative relationship with sexual satisfaction, while congruent motivational structure had a significant positive relationship with sexual satisfaction (p < 0.01). Family functioning and congruent and non-congruent motivational structure explained 39.0% of the variance in sexual satisfaction. Conclusion: Based on the findings of this study, the motivational structure and family functioning can predict the sexual satisfaction of couples.
