Method: it is a correlation study and the population of the study includes all the married women and men working in the Kurdistan Welfare Organization, management branch in the year 1394 and according to Cochran formula the sample was 66 people and the participants were chosen by census. For collecting data for the study ENRICH marital satisfaction the short version and 14 item Freiburg mindfulness (2006) were used. Findings: Pearson correlation coefficient was used to analyze the data. The findings of the study show that there is significant and direct positive relationship between mindfulness and marital satisfaction of the married women and men working in Kurdistan Welfare Organization (p<0/05). Conclusion: because of the importance of the concept family in our society and the ever increasing reports on divorce and familial problems and crises, and also because there is not enough research on the subject, the present study investigates marital satisfaction based on mindfulness.
